HOW TO ORDER YOUR PORTRAIT:

If you know exactly what you want, and wish to order your portrait now:

  • Decide which Style of portrait you want - pastel, watercolour, oil etc -see the Prices page;

  • What Size of painting you want;

  • Select your Photo(s) to send to me to use - to help you with these see my Photos hints & tips page;

  • Email these details to me at enquiries@petsportraits.co.uk or call me on 07956 517080, advising me that you are going to pay the deposit.

  • and ONLY THEN either select PayPal Payment button below to pay your £30 deposit or contact me for an address to send your Cheque. The balance left owing is only payable after you have approved your finished painting from the emailed photo I will send to you.

  • Any queries, BEFORE or AFTER you pay your deposit, please feel you can contact me at any time, either by email or phone, about your portrait requirements. Either way, I will get back to you as soon as possible, usually the same day.

  • Click on the PayPal button below to pay £30 deposit to order your portrait:

  • After your painting is completed and you are completely satisfied with it, I will invoice you the balance left owing, usually by email, using PayPal but if you prefer this can be by cheque (UK only, sorry)

Completion times

When your portrait is completed, which can take between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on time of year, a print of your finished painting will either be emailed to you or posted for your final approval.

When I have received the balance of the total cost of your painting, it will be sent to you on next-day special delivery service (UK).

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your painting, you are not obligated beyond the initial deposit.

What next?

Either place your order as above or email me with your requirements/questions and/or telephone number - please see my contact page and I will get back to you as soon as possible, usually the same day, so we can discuss your painting further. Alternatively, you could call me on 07956 517080 - please remember we are based in the UK.

Gift Certificates

If you would like to give a portrait as a gift but are unable to obtain photos just yet, or need to present your gift very soon, you might want to give a gift certificate, which are supplied at no extra charge. Please contact me for details.
